This site is owned and operated by Advanced Education Solutions Inc. (AES) and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software. You may download material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

The materials in this site and the third-party sites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Advanced Education Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AES does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. AES does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site You (and not AES) assume the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair or correction.

AES and Privacy
Because your privacy is important to us, AES operates by these principles:
1. The AES website ("Site") is maintained by Advanced Education Solutions Inc.  We can be reached by e-mail at info@aesionline.com
2. We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). We use your Personal Information solely to operate AES, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from AES.

If at any time you believe a Site has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to info@aesionline.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall AES be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, AES materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that AES is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any AES material, or with any of AES's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using AES.

Clients
AES is committed to providing exceptional continuing education at affordable prices however, AES will not refund the purchase price of any continuing education service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by AES.  Courses must be completed within 2 years of purchase.  AES is not responsible for a lapse in a clients license due to the misinformation of the client, presented to AES. AES is not responsible for the failure of the client to allow enough time for AES to mail CE credits to the state and state processing time. (i.e. If client's license renews on Dec. 3, 2005 and is lacking 3 credits to keep license current and uses AES's website to fulfill the 3rd credit on Dec. 2, 2005 AES is not liable for the lapse in license. AES recommends that clients allow a minimum of 30 days for processing.

Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by AES, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the testing area and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the course catalog, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

Other
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
